I'm selling a complete 54" mower deck gearbox and driveshaft assembly for a Massey Ferguson / Snapper 1655 / 1855 garden tractor model 5410 54" mower deck. The gearbox works well and doesn't have any slop in it. The driveshaft works as it should and the U joints seem to work well and don't have play in them. All of the splines are in excellent condition, and there is no rounding off of the edges. The one roll pin that holds the driveshaft to the gearbox has a little bit of play in it, but other than that this is a pretty good unit, and with a cleaning and some paint it will look good. $250 + shipping or free pickup around the Buffalo, NY area.
