I went on my beach cruiser(bicycle)..to the annual fall garage sale..in my town....and came home with three white mountain ice cream freezers for less than $20 bucks..about killed myself rideing home...guess i have 5 or so now..and there great to hook-up to hitmiss or any extra pullys you can find..and jack-shaft down to about 60 rpm....Check the prices of a new one... Congratulations on your new ice cream freezers. Maybe you can post some pics of your new additions. I can't imagine riding a bike and trying to carry ice cream machines. That would make a really good video.

Nice find Byron, can just see you trying to ride and hold on to all those freezers. Would love to have one of those White Mountain freezers, they're almost impossible to find around here. and the prices for a new one put them out of my league. The cheapie one we have does somewhat OK but it's not as good as the WH ones.

Well I sent a message to one of my hitmiss buddy's...and he showed up here yesterday..throwing money..and I ended up selling him all three for 5 times what i spent...Guess he wanted them..he knew what i payed..I'l be on the look-out for more...B,

that was a steal. White mountain is the best Ice Cream maker out there. Pricing has not justified one in my budget?
In fact since the two ice cream mixers I had were in the garage when we got flooded out I no longer hve a mixer.

I bought a new White Mountain electric in 2004 for $179.00. I haven't worn it out yet. It is a six qt. & they now cost $225.00 from 1 of the sponsors at
the top of this thread.

Gibby, maybe the guys up your way can put together a combo GT show and ice cream social! That might draw a crowd.

I made a lot of ice cream with a couple of them, we used a half crank New Holland engine, you could sure tell when it was done because it no longer missed! lol Shawn
