Looks good! Looks like you spent some of it watching paint dry. Thanks for the pics.

And thanks to everyone that commented...was a lot of work getting to the point that it was acceptable to spray...yesterday was a perfect day for it. I did all the work at my buddies shop and he has the best - show grade automotive equipment (Chip Foose SATA detail gun), we used evercoat show products to get it flat and ready for color.

Next up for the hood- Color Sand and Buff (Meguires products for that) It will shine twice as much...then decals

That Foose gun....the paint is in a bag? Looks that way & never seen that before. Way quicker cleanups! Good paint job too!

This was the first time I actually sprayed with this 'system' the gun has either the regular canister or the bag system. the bag was quick to clean up for sure. My buddy has a Sharpe Razor for the 2k primer and it was magnificent, you cannot spray the high build with the bags, just to dense...but the color was superb, and the clear was just as nice...

This hood is for my worker bee...eventually I am gonna have to do the fenders...

I use a 3M paint gun,and it is just like that, with the "bag". You're right, clean up is easier.
