Doug, that looks like a Peerless transmission. If so, it should be relatively easy to get parts for it. There is a bit of rust damage but the panels seem to be all straight, by that I mean not curved, which will make it easier to weld patches in or make new panels. Overall it is in pretty good condition.

Yes it is, same as the Massey 4 speed without reverse, that's what there say anyway.

Doug - I just took it to mean a " batch number " for convert Ge stock. They just took a quantity at at a time to fill expected needs. If New Idea kept records, good luck finding them. We are still in guesswork mode on GE documentation.

i had 2 broken and 3 partially broken on this deuts allis Picture 034.jpg I welded new teeth on and had to spend a little quality time with the grinder and hand files but it worked out fairly well with only 1 spot that was a little tight while steering. a little more filing would have taken the tight spot out but it wasnt enough to bother me so i left it :smile1: .

Done some digging and it seems that all EGT200s are "Lot#12" made 1974.

Congratz on the EGT200 Doug, hope you figure it all out. I have a business card of a GE/NI parts guy that I meet at Dover Extravaganza. Can't recall the name but he was a great guy and seems to know a lot. I will get the business card out later today and post the info in here.

Thanks for the advice and tips guys, been searching and found that the battery box, front side panels are available, 2 or 3 different sources on those. The steering shaft with gear also can be got $75. part. Batteries are easy to get just have to pay the $$$s for those, I want a new set not used ones. There's only 1 decal that's on the outside of the tractor, the rest are plastic emblems, I got a guy when he has time going to see if he can make it, anybody can guess who that guy is?
The next step is to get some batteries hopefully next week, in it and test it before it comes apart.

I am going to guess Olcowhand? Is that decal the shift pattern? I bought new decals for my E20 several months ago and the company sent me two shift pattern decals. I figured it wasn't worth it to send one decal back so I kept it. Unfortunately my E20 uses plastic emblems, which came with it when Sparky sold it to me, but I will restore it with decals since I have them lol.

I haven't looked at them in a while but they are the same as each other and for a GE E20. I will go get one here shortly and compare it to your picture, as I can't really remember what it said, but shift pattern matches and they are yellow lol.
