I would think after the second one he obviously isn't going to learn LOL.

Don't they escalate the fines for repeat offenders? Do they suspend his drivers license for this? It could get mighty inconvenient and expensive.

The guy needs help. Can you just picture what his grass looks like when he mows it. The got a guy in Austin a couple of years ago for riding his horse while intoxicated. It got reduced to drunk in a public place.

A local guy here got busted on a horse while drunk a few years ago. He was on his way home from the bar. Supposedly, he told the cop he wasn't driving, the horse knew where he was going and he was just along for the ride.

Guy got nabbed here a few years ago on a bike at about 7:30 PM. The cop was impressed enough that he could stay upright, he let the guy park the bike at the station house and call the Mrs. Not sure if that was a favor or not. :rolleyes:
