Reassembly with the spindles I removed from it along with new belts and sharpened Gator blades that were on it.  Also cleaned up the chute and did the mostly same paint process on it except I did not sand between color coats.

I need to figure out the proper decals and order them.  Once the deck is on I can say that the 120 is done after 5 years of ownership.

Call this thread Lazarus as it is back from the dead.

Been using the 120 with the refurbished deck one to two times per week since April.  The tractor fired right up after sitting all winter and still runs great.  The deck does a great job cutting grass when compared to the old 41 that was on the tractor.  I am not sure if that is because the POR-15 on the deck is slippery and grass does not stick to it OR the Gator blades on it make that much difference.  Either way, I am happy with the results as it sits.

As for repairs, I had to repair one of the lift straps that broke last Saturday as I finished up the lawn.  I ended up drilling out the hole in the strap and installing a bolt, a few washers, a lock washer, and a nut to hold it in place.  Just finished the yard and all is well.  Also, I keep loosing the chrome bolts that hold the hood in place on the right side of the tractor.  I pulled an extra off the shelf and installed it with some locktite on the threads.  Take that you solid mounted vibration monster.

Also, I can tell that I have installed the Kirk Pointsaver and Clone Coil on this one.  Hit the heavy grass and it pulls very different than it did before those additions.  Another win in my book.

Wow great score on the 120 Trav1s.............

Trent I agree with Trav1s you need to start a conversation on saving the 120 from its wooden doom.

More work around the yard for the 120. It was easier to use the Deere than the jeep. In with new deck supplies and out with the old. The trailer out was a bit traction challenge even with the All Trails.
