I had to pass on this Lennox Kitty Track today. It looks pretty complete. No attachments.

Owner says it runs and drives, steering needs some adjustments. He has a few NOS parts (linkages) that go with it & a blade that he modified to work with it (says it's at his other house, no pics)

He wants $1500.00 firm for it, which puts it out of my price range.

If anyone needs more info, let me know.

A fellow could still double his money on it pretty easily.

That is what I was wondering. I didn't know what they would go for.

Are those tracks turf friendly? I'm thinking turns would have to be very gradual, assuming you were going to mow with it.

They dont have any tread to speak of. He told me it was always his intention to use the 2 holes per tread & bolt sections of V belt on it so he could run on pavement & still get a grip in the dirt.

Thanks for the pics Alan! That looks to be in decent shape! It's a shame we don't have the budget for the really rare stuff!

I'm sure glad that thing is not in my neck of the woods or I would sure be stewing over it.
As much as they intrigue me I wonder if they would be very practical?

Bob, only way to get them off my phone is to send my email a text message with the pic attached... Real PITA.

Thanks for the update on the pricing.

Cvans. I'm sure they're not real friendly, or everyone would've built one. I think it's more of a cool factor thing.

That is a really unique gizmo. It'd be great to have one, as a toy, but too much $, and too far away.
I saw posts about these a while ago, and did a bit of digging. They are quite rare. Strange that 2
pop up at the same time.

Here is the pics of the one i seen today. There was a couple guys playing with it and it looks very simple to operate. The mower would only take a couple mins to put on.
