Is there a standard height from the ground to where a sleeve would attach to a tractor? Or say a when the entire hitch from mounts to implement attachment when it is parallel to the ground?

There are variances in almost every manufacturers setup, which is why most of the sleeve hitch stuff had some kind of leveling adjustment.

With my back blade on the craftsman, and the box roughly level, the top of the sleeve is about 9.5" off the ground.

Below the axle centerline is where you want the centerline of the sleeve hitch pulling. And generally the back of the sleeve hitch sticks past the back tire 3-5 inches depending on make and model.
