Could be that they are replacing the sign.
Supposedly all the old upper case letter signs are "hard to read" and now they will use lower case letters.

i think it might just be they're gonna fix it as it did look a little skewed when i took the pic. i figure a tractor driver probably just touched it with the end of the boom or top of the cab. it happens all the time here. they hire some slob who's had about 5 minutes of tractor training and send him off to do the work without really looking to see if he/she is capable. could also be somebody seen it and wanted it more than the township:smile1:
they aren't really concerned weather or not you can see the lettering at night 'round here:D. half of us are blind in one eye, and can't see out the other anyway:bounce:
