No rain for me, but cooler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! High 80s for the next several days, and dipped into the high 60's last night & will be 61 tomorrow morning!!! Yes, the cows will come up on their milk! Had to haul another dwindling heat victim to market this morning.

That's good news. It must get pretty oppressive. We have had 5" of rain in the last week. We only have a few weeks of hot (for us) weather each summer.

Real stomper of a storm going thru right now. Lightning galore. Looks like a strobe lite is on outside. We need a little H2O, but Wowsers... Not all at once LOL

well another big rain front passed us by. We havent had any rain here other than a few drops this month. At least i dont have to mow the yard. The sand ground corn is pretty much dead, just dont know it yet. Got a show this weekend with rain forecast for fri and sat, maybe we'll get alittle then. Figures it would do that to the only show im goingto this month.

We are back to the heat again, at least for a few days.

The grass is a bit greener. Sure would like a tomato or two growing. Looking pretty doubtful, tho.

Had the 15 minute gully-washer yesterday, but didn't stop corn silage chopping. Just after we quit today & I pushed up a berm top keep rain water out of the end of the silage pit....another 15 minute gully washer. The drive looked like a swift flowing creek! Glad I teddered those hay windrows today!!!!!!

Kenny, I'm glad you're getting some rain. When you get through with it, send it down this way.
