Nice, I actually saw how they hook up yesterday when my brother and my self picked up 3 out of 5 Fords from a fellow I work with. we are going to make pulling tractors out of 2 of them, and I'm going to put a diesel in the newest one with all the tin work. So my winter should be filled with projects:bounce:

I should have taken pics of them. The one that holds the end of the PTO shaft has two holes for brass bushings for cross shafts (1 1/8" D), while the other (right side) has only the one hole/bushing. I need to print out your address for the box, if you still need me to send them.

Well, got one plate drawn up, and was studying the left side assembly and was wondering what the heck that bottom bushed hole is for? Now mine WILL NOT BE THE SAME! It will be better ! And look and work better too. I was looking at the entire arrangement and think I can make the pto work with my hitch design with only minor mods. For everyone else it should be an easy unit to build or install.

The lower hole is for the factory 3-point shaft. Here is a page from the parts manual:

Ford 3 Point.jpg

If the right side had the second hole, it would be an easy installation, IF you had a factory 3-point.

Well, it seems there are more than 1 bracket for the right hand side.
after some serious pondering and mocking ,I have come to the conclusion that 1, the tiller is WAY SPECIAL! and would require removal of the lower arms and side links ,2 you would also need to install the lift linkage to the tiller instead , all this creates incredible linkage interference with my present design, heavy modifying would need to be done to the tiller to convert to 3 point and still have the driveshaft work.
I have some ideas , just need to get some materials together and build a model for real. Stay tuned ....

Glad this surfaced now, instead of later. I can get you the parts list pic of the present tiller attachments if need be.

I went ahead and got the pic. Here it is:

Rounded up some material, and actually got most of it cut out, just need to trim a few more small parts and its off to the mill to poke a few holes.
Kenny, I should be able to send your parts back next week.
I even found a driveshaft so I can mock up the pto . I have a few options for this as well, mine will have the 15 tooth 1" spine on it and will be mounted closer to the tractor. I'll post a few shots of the brackets and such tomorrow , so stay tuned.
Oh I should have 2 versions too a stock replacement and a heavily modded version that will not work with the ford tiller or factory pto, but will work with my version of the pto.
