If you still need one, I could take it off and send it to you. That one looks like the tensioner pivots off the shaft. Mine doesn't. Could do a CAD drawing and send that to you. Let me know.

It is going on my 125 , I'll let you know, I think I have a pretty good idea as to what I need. The support bearings are my only concern at the moment, they may take some fiddling to get positioned proper.
Question: what does the end of the shaft look like? Does it have a key slot and cross hole ? And about how far does it stick out?

If I remember correctly, only a key slot. I'll see about the measurement later, taking it from the rear side of the plate. Possibly a couple pics, too.

Okay, got some measurements. My PTO is the same as this. Pulley is 4.25" D. Shaft is about 2.5" ahead of the back side of the plate. Bearing stand off is .75" from the front side.

Yep, got a key there for the u-joint and a cross hole to hold it on. I'm using a cheapy 1/4" bolt, double nutted. Bearing mounts to the back side. Guess I should have taken a shot of it. I'll get one later.

I'll get a pic later, just so you can see what I have. One thing to notice on the front(PTO) end. One bearing bolt is right at the points cover, had to cut that one off so it didn't mash the cover.

Here's a pic. I have the key wrapped with black tape so I don't lose it. Shaft sticks out about 2.5" again.

And a shot of the shaft with the key slot cut, and snaprings so the shaft can't slip forward .

Now I need to figure out what they had for mid way down the shaft for supports and make brackets for them.

Is this an open side tractor? they were a bit different from the closed side if I remember correctly. Mine has 2 of the bearings supporting it, one under the gas tank and one under the fender pan about even with the front of the seat. They used wood blocks for some of these for spacers, I used strap iron and washers. The rear strap needs to be a little longer to reach up to the hole. I just kept shimming until I could turn easily by hand and knew it wasn't binding.

Yup open side, its my 72 125 , it needs a few seals ,as it leaks a bit of oil, but not enough to worry about yet.
The frames are very different from open to closed side models, and only a few things will cross, mostly the decks and rear hitch parts, not much else, front pto driven stuff from the open side doesn't work on the close side because of the grill offset.

I may have another PTO file then. Can't remember which one, but there was one I saw that only had 1 center bearing in the shaft. Might have been something earlier. Been a while.

Okay, your first pic show a clip with 2 holes just forward of the steering. This is a different set up from my PTO file. I downloaded some pics of this one, here they are:

I may have to make a .pdf of this, not sure how good the pics are.
