1st day of a 2 week vacation!   :dancingbanana:

Fireworks last night were a BLAST!!  Nobody died and cars were lining up the road to see the show both of the neighbors put on..  I helped the guy across the street light them off with my trusty MAPP torch!  My ears are ringing for some reason today?  :(

Looks to e a nice clear day with a high of 83°..  I am going to break out the convertible and tackle that carb problem once and for all!!  If not, a new carb will be the answer..  Lots of old cars cruising the streets lately has got me itching to get it out..  I got the new pump for my pressure washer & It sorely needs a bath too!!

My tractors need one as well..  :poke:

And the wierd sleep schedule continues. Pain meds knocked me out at 9. Was awakwned at 350 by the sound of videos being played by a little monkey who escaped their bedroom and got his mommas phone. Might go back to sleep might not.

Morning folks. Nice day on the way here. sun and high in the 80s, which is warm for here. I've been working full speed on my shed/workshop. Got the walls framed up yesterday. I'm trying to get as much as possible done during this stretch of nice weather.

Low 70's this morning, upper 80's today, the 90's for the rest of the week. It has rained every day or at most a 1 day break, for a month or more, my grass has never looked this good! At least some of the bare clay spots from construction 4 years ago are finally filling in.

It's going to be warm and sticky here today , I thought  the showers we had last night would have cleared out and humid air but it's still hanging around

61 degrees right now, high of 74 expected.    1 1/4"  in the rain gauge last night, dumped another 3/4" out this morning, and it is still raining right now..........and some of my corn got knocked down again by the storm last night

76° now, low 90's later. Hot and humid, but then it's summer on the east coast.

Tossed and turned all night until I finally had Steph get up and find my muscle relaxers. got about 5 hours after that. Hurting like i have been harpooned.

BUT it is nice outside. At least it looks that way thought the window.
