Hot and humid today, depending on which forecast you believe, tomorrow is going to be 88° and humid or 70° and rainy.

I live next to a state forest that is 90% pines. Unfortunately, it is currently on fire about 2.5 - 3 miles SW of me. Four VFD's on it right now, no air support yet. Seems localized to small area so far.

Emergency go bags and important paperwork is loaded in van, children still sleeping for the time being.

Prayers for anyone affected, and the volunteers out working on this one.

Please keep us posted of the forest  fire Cat ,, we finely got rain yesterday ,  about 1.5" in a 24 hour period :dancingbanana:  :dancingbanana:  :dancingbanana: I wish it was spread out a few days so it would have seeped into the ground more but don't want to complain too much  we really needed it

God be with your family Cat, uncontrolled fire is a bad creature.

In the 80's already, now they've put off the cool day until Wednesday, then the rest of the 15 day forecast is pure summertime.
