Morning guys. -19C this morning and sunny. A storm coming tonight into tomorrow, so today is everyones chance to get storm supplies. This could be bad with over a foot of snow then rain for a few hours then freezing up. High winds with the heavy snow make the chances of a power outage a lot more likely.

-1.8 here by my little weather station thing!

We rarely get this cold. 15 at night is normal. Oh well 74 in here with the wood stove burning hot. Seems the colder it gets the more heat that sicker puts out

We are getting 'Thunder' sleet right now. Been at it since about 7PM. Temp is dropping, 24° (-4C) right now. 2-4" expected, not sure when (or if) it will change to snow.

The wind has finally died down some. Yesterday morning was 3*F and high winds. There was a bit of ice on the windsheild of the van and it wasn't all melted yet when we got to church. Saturday night we had about an inch of snow that all blew into drifts. This morning it is down to -1*F. Still arond the -18* wind chill.

15f here with blowing snow. Fun day ahead. With severe cold coming, I'm sure glad to get the deep snow to help prevent calf barn water pipe from freezing.
