Morning everyone. Except for the chilly breeze yesterday, it was a nice day. First time in a while we were able to do a Thanksgiving croquet game.

Morning, everyone! 59 degrees and rain showers. We can use the moisture, the lakes are a bit low around here. I think we are about 8" behind yet.

Condolences here also Maynard. Mild here today, it didn't go below freezing last night. I've got some chain saw work to do here and at the church today. Downed trees and limbs.

Good morning! Looks like we're in for some rain in NW Arkansas. Currently 61 degrees, but the temps are supposed to be falling all day, down to the 30's by this evening.

We are still getting the rain. Back yard has water standing. Hopefully the lakes will see some runoff. Skiatook, just NW of Tulsa, is down about 8'.

Kenny, I hope it isn't as dry there as it was in some parts of Texas this summer. The photos posted here of that area were disturbing. Meanwhile we have had record precip. for several months this year and our lakes are very high. It could just be normal variations or it could be the start of climate change.

Brian, we aren't that dry. Only 8" behind for the year. It will take some good downpours to get the lakes back up.I just checked Skiatook, normal is 714'. It's at 701.76'. Down further than I thought. The streambed elevation is 613', so it has plenty of water in it yet.
