I got my hopes last night, it was forecasted that we would warm up significantly over night. I was thinking I might be able to work today. Alas, it is currently -9° instead of the -4° or even -3° they forecasted last night. Cold weather rule once again. So far, since the first of the year, I have had one full five day workweek (last week) one 1 day week, and two 2 working days week. Next week is still looking cold, with temps below zero in the morning Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday rebounds a bit, then more average temps after that. Of course, a warm up means the snow will be coming.

Farmers almanac says March is supposed to be above average snowfall.

The storms are lining up in the Pacific. Time to put the grease gun to the blower.

We've got -30c here this morning.

Morning all. A chilly 13*F this morning with no wind. We had several days of high winds and now it seems so calm. We had down in the low single digit temps for last several mornings. My fingers are the only thing that I can't keep warm at those temps. At work, our air lines are freezing up, not getting enough air flow. That means you actually have to beat the nail in with your hammer. The nail guns like to freeze up too, get a torch out and thaw them out and keep going. I don't think it ever got to cold for my boss to work outside.

Morning! It's 35° (2C) here this morning. May get to around 51° (11C) later. We have a "Winter Storm" warning starting a 6 PM this evening, so it's back into the freezer we go!

Morning folks. Cold and clear here today. It's going to be even colder next week with highs not much above -8C 18F.  No sign of spring yet other than the longer days.

Morning folks. It warmed up a bit overnight to just about freezing. We may get a few flurries or showers this afternoon then it's back to cold temps again for most of this week. The good news is there are no major storms on the radar for this week.

Morning Kenny and all! It's 59°F here now, but the temp will be falling all day. Weatherman is calling for sleet and freezing rain just after noon today.

Morning folks. After a bit of wet snow yesterday it froze up over night and the side roads wer all iced up this morning. There was salt down on the major highways so overall it wasn't a bad trip this morning.

It does do that, Al. We may set a record for the 'high' today (lowest high temp).
