Snowing like the dickens.

That streamer is aimed at us all day.

I might as well hold off plowing till later.

Morning Folks! It's 20* (-7C) this morning. We'll see a high of 32* (0C) later on. We did get a little snow melt yesterday.

Good wintery morning.

That streamer has been over us for the last 24hrs.

We're getting hammered with snow/wind. Good thing is that the wind is

blowing a lot of the snow into the bush. I'm just above the "U" in

Parry Sound.

You've got that right. At least not until I can get the trails groomed, but first

I've got to get the sled running. But by the looks of things, I'll be plowing

snow for the next few days. That's what I don't like about winter. It takes

3 times longer to get anything done. Snow. Aaarrh :wallbanging:

If snow doesn't quite fit into your plan of action, isn't your choice of home location a wee bit off? The east side of the Great Lakes get snow, don't they? Typically speaking?

A whopping 11 degrees here just before 3AM.  Supposed to get a little above freezing this afternoon.  :worshippy1:

Got a 14 hour day lined up with roughly 550 miles and I have the alarm set for 5AM so I hope to get a couple hours of shut-eye before work.  I even have to load my own truck this mornin' because the product I'm haulin can't freeze and had to be left in the warehouse all night.

Thought about asking if they could go ahead and load the truck and back it inside but in my bossholes eyes I'm just a "dumb ole truck driver".  :(

BE SAFE out there people!

Morning guys. We got a bit of snow on the ground for the first time this year. Only an inch or so but enough to cause roads to be slippery and result in a lot of fender benders because people will not slow down and drive to conditions. It was -11c 12F at home this AM but 15 miles away in the city on the ocean it was only -6  21f. The Atlantic Ocean has a big effect on temperatures this time of year. The coldest temp in the region was -18c 0f. That's only about 50 miles from the ocean and only a few hundred feet above see level.
