Morning All! Continuing the warmth here, 78* (26C) now, going to low 90"s again. And more wind.
Brian, I hope you folks don't get fires up that way. Got enough of them west of here!

Finally warm weather here. It got up to about 80 or so yesterday. It's clouding over today and rain for tonight and Saturday. I hope to get some work done in the garage and take a break from the landscaping.

Good morning folks. The rain has held off so far. Man have I got a whopper of a head/neck ache this morning. Feels like I slept on my head. I was moving landscaping blocks last night and finished off a block border. I must have strained a neck muscle or something. Time for some tylenol!

Those blocks can get heavy after a while, Brian. You have strained a few muscles that you don't normally use most likely. Just don't over do it again today, it'll really hurt then.

Kenny, I get migraine headaches and visual auras as well. I usually just power through them with some tylenol and this may be what's happening. Sometimes it's hard to tell if straining a muscle helps to set one off or if it's just part of the pain associated with it. I've had the headaches all my life but only recently started getting the visual disturbances and got it diagnosed. The first one scared me pretty bad. I thought I was having a stroke.

That explains a lot, Brian. Hope they can get them under control for you. If the tylenol helps, go for it.
