Good morning Kenny, Greg and all you other GT folks. Been taking advantage of the good weather to do some landscape work in front of the house. All I can say is it's sweet to have a loader on the 2320 to do the heavy lifting. We will get 1 more day and then we are going into a rainy period with about 2 inches expected over the next few days. We really need the rain. There is next to no moisture in the ground which is unusual for this time of year. I think I'll set up the cisterns on the downspouts today. It looks like it could be a dry summer.

Good morning all. Looks like we're in for a couple of cooler days here. 58℉ now and not supposed to go any higher today. Winds from the north and 90% chance of rain.

Good morning Greg and anyone else who pops in for a visit. Raining today here but not near cold enough to snow. Got some more done on the landscaping yesterday including removing a few rocks that ended up being much larger then first thought. There's nothing more stubborn then the laws of physics when you're trying to dig a rock out of the ground.

Morning Folks! About 52* (11.5C) this morning, going to near 70* (21.5C). Nice spring day! Took a break from the GTV and worked on moving things and mowing where they were yesterday Got better side boards put on the trailer. Cleaned the carb on the generator I picked up in Wichita and fired it up. The gas was old, stunk bad! Also hooked a hose and gun to the Graco X5 I brought home. Ran some water thru it. Work good!

Mornin' all! 43 here at 3:30 AM and I'm out the door headed for St. Louis.
I want everyone else to call in sick today and just spend the day on GTTalk! You'll have a much better day that way!

Good morning folks. We've got the rain that had been forecasted. We should be getting a total of 3" over the next few days. I put the cisterns out so we'll have the water for plants and the garden without taxing the well. At least it's not snow. We are back at the negotiating table with another mediator so maybe I won't be on the picket line Wednesday.

Morning all , we'er having much needed rain started Sun and looks to go mid week . I don't have a cistern like Brian but do save rain water in plastic barrels and those 275gl totes for the garden too . There are still people around that have no wells and use cisterns for all but drinking water . Can't wait to see what this rain will do for the garden :dancingbanana:

Good morning. Raining but positively tropical here for this time of year. It's about 16c or 60f with high winds and feels almost like a summer tropical storm. They are still negotiating on the contract. It's going right to the wire with the strike deadline being 12:01 tonight.

Morning! 54* (12.5C) going to about 85* (29.5C). Got to sleep in, but didn't go to sleep until about 2:00 AM! Shouldn't have taken that 2 hour nap last nite!
