I have never brewed my own and to be honest I am not much of a beer drinker, once in a while I get the itch for a cold one.

I am curious though of the process.

With the vineyard heavy area to our North, and lots of wineries around us, there are several home brew shops here. Both for wine and beer. Guy I used to work with was big on making Meed. It's Ok, very dark flavor tho. Also very rich. Family that lives over the hill from my parents makes some awfully stiff beer. I think you could start a car on some of this stuff. Home brew doesn't have to be less than 6% like the stuff you buy.

Buck, I assume since you asked, you brew. What kind of beer have you done?
