Also need to get a belly screen, mine is missing.

You might want to see to others have taken off the belly screen , my 1983 318 was removed when I bought it in '85 , I'm thinking it more of a pain to clean the grass out . On the deck I trimmed some of the sides and center of the belt guards because the grass would get inside and they had to be removed just to clean under them . Now you just use compressed air . Maybe the newer ones are a better design , Al

We don't see many of them up here. For genuine GT's of that era we see mostly Bolens and MF with some Cub Cadets and then JD is a distant last. For newer tractors JD are very popular. It probably has to do with the dealer situation back in the day.
