:anyone: This tractor has the black on the hood, Does that mean anything? The briggs started right up and sounded good. I am not big on the vert shaft tractors but the price is ok i guess. $75.00. this tractor has rusty fenders and hood but can be fixed. Any thoughts, I did not get the numbers to be able to tell the year. I thought the paint might be a clue as to the year. Thanks guys.

The B-115 was produced for 4 years, from 1981 to 1984. Wheel Horse made a very good strong tractor and if it's anything at all, it's worth the money. I hope this helps.

Here's the model numbers and years:
02-11BP02 1980 B-115 5-Speed Tractor
02-11BP03 1981 B-115 5-Speed Tractor
02-11BP04 1981 B-115 5-Speed Tractor
02-11BE01 1982 B-115 Automatic Tractor
02-11BP05 1982 B-115 5-Speed Tractor
12-11BE01 1983 B-115 Automatic Tractor
12-11BP01 1983 B-115 5-Speed Tractor
12-11BP02 1984 B-115 5-Speed Tractor

Certainly worth $75.00. I'm surprised you don't have it back home already.

Well i think i will try to pick it up tonight. Maybe i can put some fresh paint on it and sell it to make a few bucks. Could always use some extra money for my older horses. thanks to all. I will take some pics and do my best to post them.

Sorry for the delay, I went back to get the tractor and as my luck would be, it was gone! I think i will stop trying to get more for now and work on the couple i already have. I think if i try to do this, some might just come along.
