Unfortunately, the engine manual for the Wisconsin WD2-860 diesel seems to be virtually non-existent. I have had an HT20D for almost 5 years, and have never been able to find a manual for that engine. Good luck! Let me know if you find one, please!
I see in the pics that you also have the original 3-pt lock-up. Those are kind of rare, too. Most of them seem to have disappeared over the years. Nice find.

Looks like they removed the fuel solenoid that was a problem area for the motor would cause the gov to drag and not run right some shims will fix that.
