Finally got me a 430, now I'm taking the pto and 3pt hitch off the 332 and putting on the 430. Hopefully no more wheelies when I'm carrying the 48" tiller like the 332 did. Haven't got it attached yet but I may need some front weights on the 430 also, hope not! Will find out this weekend. :confuse: Gimmo

My new (to me) 430

I think you'll handle the tiller with ease. My BIL (member meangreen) has a 430 & it'll lift plenty without front weights. Those tractors are heavy brutes! But the weights look cool just the same! lol

OK got it to upload a pic, thanks for the guidance. I have taken the blade off to repair a leaky hose connector, put in some new bolts (with nuts this time) bolts were just dropped in when I got it -- which did oblong the holes, clean the crude off and paint it. I just got the 2000 rpm pto and 3 pt hitch on it and I'm gonna till with it tomorrow. Looked the wiring over while I had it in the garage and very glad I did. The positive battery cable had the insulation rubbed off by the alternator down to bare wire, made up a new one and secured it to the firewall to keep it away from any moving parts. cleaned all connections and put dielectric grease on all the terminals. PO had the circuit breaker wires jumped, reconnected the breaker, now hoping it is good and its not drawing any excessive amperage.
