Bolens small vintage rototiller -not running
Wisconsin Diesel 22hp Engine Bolens
1958 Bolens Ride-a-Matic Tractor with RARE Front Mount Sickle Bar
Bolens Cab

I would love a front mounted sickle bar. If I cound find one for a tube frame that cost less than what I paid for the Tractor/Deck/Blower/Plow, I might be inclined to get one. I'll keep looking.

Doc, do you know anything about that diesel? The title says Wisconsin, but then the description says Ducati. Is it a rebranded motor that Wisconsin sold, or is it an Iseki and the poster is confused? Or am I wrong on both counts?

These engines were made by Ducati I believe, and are pretty rare.
This may be a slightly newer model than what was used on the Bolens. From looking around I see most engines used were WD2-860

Hopefully a Large Frame Bolens Guy comes along and will be able to answer your question as I dont know too much about these.
