Bought 16 hp tractor, single Magnum.Didn't know they had singles. Got starter and it runs, won't key start. Gotta clean up and fix some wires and controls yet.

I have a 16 HP Magnum. Runs great, but no crank on the PTO side!

Might need those two panels by dash for this, gone. I also have no air cleaner set-up and not really sure what all that looks like yet. This model does not have the cooler in that space behind engine, I was first thinking darn think removed, but not.  No power steering on this one either. Did get heavy shaft drive deck, haven't looked at it much yet.

Well, have those side sheilds after'all. I forgot I had bought the green hood and sheilds for my other one, and I dug the old orange ones up from that. So good there. I have a picture on my phone of tag on frame I think. I'll check.

That model should have a 17 hp twin Kohler in it.

That link is for a Sovereign.  The Sunstar never had a 17 available.  The MFG in the picture is 1691357
