I say it depends on the size of the GT. A larger GT for a loader, and they usually come with a 3pt. Smaller GT would benefit from a 3pt, plenty of useful attachments it could use. Fortunately for me my LGT has both.  :smilewink:  :smilewink:

Loader on a GT definitely has a cool factor!

I have both on my 18/6 Sears. I have used the loader for many things. So far I have only used the 3 point to carry counter weight for the loader. Don

I have a 3pt and various attachments for gardening. And a loader is just about useless in a garden. But I dream of owning a loader, but not if I have to give up the 3or.

A loader for me . My PK 2418 has both it was also bought with a mower deck which I didn't get but using the  3pt you alway need to be mindful of the loader sticking out . There's  a tree row right next to my garden that I've hit while looking back to raise the plow to the headland . Countless other times I've either hit or got way too close . I do use the 3pt it would be nice to have another tractor with one so gardening at least would be easier . I can't imagine trying to mow my yard with the loader on . Thinking of that,,, the  manual for the loader says you can remove the loader by using the quick disconnect fittings for the bucket dump but the lift cylinders stay with the frame and they tell you to tie them up . Never seemed worth the trouble for me .
