I rebuilt a Datsun Automatic transmission in the 3rd floor dining room in Germany when we were stationed there. Brother sent me the rebuild kit. Was a bear getting it up the stairs, no elevator.

    I did a 1300 CC Volkswagen engine on the coffee table once. It was just about more trouble than it was worth to pack every thing in and back out.  Don

John, glad you got the crank back and your happy with the machine work. It sure didn't take you long to get the engine together. I bet you'll be plowing snow before long!
