Could someone measure and tell me how long there oil dip stick is? Looking at the kohler manual my k321 supposed to hold 2qts of oil. I changed my oil and put in 1qt. The dip stick says it is full. I am thinking this maybe the wrong dip stick?

I think you should run 2 quarts.  I don't use my dip stick. I go by the manual.  I think the dip stick is supposed to be dipped not screwed in.

For your leaking fuel tank, mark the spots where it leaks, fill it with water and tig it. I presume it's leaking where the ends were welded on.

Hi I have a dipstick like that will measure it tomorrow, got a question what is the height of the oil pan from base of engine mount to the split line where it bolts to the engine block? In the picture it almost looks like its a short pan but it just may be optical illusion

Mine also leaked at the petcock, in my case it was just a matter of removing the old teflon tape that was mushy and mostly gone, clean the threads, put good quality tape back in place. No more leak.

Hi Siman, I measured the dipstick and from the length is 2.75" from the tip to the pipe plug the full mark is 1 1/16" from the pipe plug

I have the same engine K321S and I think someone changed your oil pan.  Here is a picture of mine. As you can tell it is much deeper which is probably why you can't get 2 quarts in your engine.

I am not sure what I would do with a smaller pan.  Maybe change my oil more frequently.  Maybe use 30 weight since it is a little heavier as the oil will run hotter with less of it.

PS

I wonder if your drive shaft is a little off due to the difference in engine height?
