I saw this on CL today.  A McCormick sickle bar sharpener.  Will these work on the GT sized sickle bars or is it specific to McCormick.

Bet it would work. Might take some fooling with.

I figured the only issue might be the size.  It might be too big to fit in-between the cutting edges.

It should work.  The stone doesn't look like its been worn very much.  I used the one we have at work to sharpen the knife on my Haban.  If I remember right the only issue I had was getting at the last 1/4 inch or so by the rivets because the sections are riveted to the bottom of the bar not the top like the farm tractors are, but my stone was pretty worn down from about 30 years of use sharpening customers knives.                 Stewart
