It sounds like you have a good tractor with the 195. My opinion is that you should keep it. A 646 is real nice but it should be inaddition to the 195, not instead. If the 646 is too expensive then you should pass on it and wait for a freebie(or atleast under $100). They come along about 2 per year for me. Just be patient and always have a good running GT. Good Luck, Rick

You need to start sending those free 646s my way. Up here the worst condition and cheapest 644 or 646 I've seen was $2000.

Jim, you got a great deal there. I hope that it is an easy fix.

You need to start sending those free 646s my way. Up here the worst condition and cheapest 644 or 646 I've seen was $2000.

I haven't seen a freebie 646 but I have seen and meant other tractors. I picked up a Simplicity 7110 with deck for free and a Case 220 parts GT for $100 this passed year. I also splurged on a Bush Hog D4-10 for $300 delivered. The year before I got 3 freebie lawn tractors, a $30 CC 105 with plow and wheel weights(Bolens) and a $50 Case 220 that drove onto my trailer(it has the sleeve hitch). My point is that if you aren't sure about a deal, you can wait for a better one. I missed a free Kubota w/ FEL last summer. In general, I miss alot more than I get, so there are opportunities. Good Luck, Rick

The deck will fit any 400 series, and will actually fit a 224, as a friend of mine sold his 446, but kept it's spare deck, so he slipped it under his 224.

Yes it will fit any 4xx/2xx machine with the correct mule drive and lift links.  Lower 2xx requires shorter links.
