My Bolens power packer unit arrived today from Nor. Calif. It is the same as the Troy Bilt 14058 unit. It is going on my Troy Bilt LTX16H. Been looking for 3-4 years for one. Tough to find anyone who will give it up. This is the last piece of my puzzle, except 2 belt guards. I've had the bagger unit and tubes since I bought the tractor. I circled the 2 pieces in case anyone might have them.

Yes, I'm curious too!  Battery storage tool? Grocery checkout aid?  :D

It looks like it's a fan assist blower for a bagger.  Would hook on the discharge end of the deck and run a belt from the nearest deck spindle.  Works about the same as a rear mounted or trailer mounted vacuum but without having a second engine to maintain.

I have a John Deere with basically the same thing, think they called it a power flow. Haven't had the opportunity to try it yet. My hope is it will do a better job of collecting weed seeds.  Don

I have one for a John Deere also. It's all apart. The plastic housing is worn on the bottom. Bearings are ok, but I'd replace them. I'd do a trade on it if someone is interested, or make an outright offer. I'll get some pics of it.

This attachment even made it to the UK. I bought one from a farm auction a few years ago. I don’t have a tractor that it will fit on but I have been thinking of adapting it for a HT deck.
