I would check that over very carefully, check out the front rims.

I would check that over very carefully, check out the front rims.

What do you see ?

 

I see that all rims were freshly painted white on the outside, still rusty on the inside, can see the tape marks on the sidewalls

Looks good just, terrible paint job on the rims.

And yes, should check all anticipated purchases out carefully

Would be better looking if he hadn't done that quickie painting, which would need to just be removed if wanting it to truly look good, but if she runs half decent, it's not a bad price.

Now if quick paint job is with wheel silver would have been a bonus, at  least proper colour on one side

I'm pretty sure that this is the same 1655 that was for sale during the Spring/Summer on nearby Rochester, NY Craigslist for $375.  It wasn't moving for months.  It wasn't painted, and it wore the original paint, all faded, but it still looked better than this quick spray bomb job.
