Don't think it will. Those have a very small cheap bearing that will not hold up very long. It's not designed to be used as a clutch pulley.

I bought a cheap stens 5/8" pulley for my SS15 and it lasted a whopping 2 months before it locked up and smoked my new belt. I put a used pulley on it because it was the only thing I could find at the time.

Bolens1000 had a bunch made up for 5/8" belts and a nice heavy duty bearing that should last for a very long time. They are available on his site.

Just looked at my ebay page and the pulley I got that locked up was (Stens 280-287 V-Idler).  This is it. Don't get one they don't last.https://www.ebay.com...l5S8ernsTILHVMg

If every retailer was like Brian, 'Made in China' would be written in Chinese.

I will let you know soon as I get some money saved up. I also need rotary red belts for drive belt for the SS15 and engine to deck belt for the wheelhorse.
