What are the average price on Bolens rototiller? Like a 33” with extension?

I suspect that for tube frame tillers, the price is lower both in Illinois and Connecticut. My opinion on price applies to Large Frame tillers.

You're right. Around here in Conn., you see mostly tube frame ones. Or at least that's mostly what I see. Anything large frame is pricey here.
