A nice excuse to get out of the house during the winter. The organizers serve hobo stew and you can cook your own hot dog or sausage over a large fire which will also keep you warm. They also have pastry and coffee. All they ask is a donation to cover the cost of the food. I was told the hours will be around sunrise till 1 or 2 o'clock. Sunrise on that date will be around 7 o'clock or so. This is not a huge event but always fun.

The address is 2115 River Rd , Bainbridge,PA.  Dress warm and I hope to see you there.

Here are a few pics from last year's swap meet.

Hmmmmm, I don't know my GTs are pretty heavy sleepers, and they are in hibernation right now. :poke: It is a bit far from me, if it was closer I would love to go!

Just one week  until the swap meet. It's currently a little on the chilly side in this area. Present temperature is 5 F with a windchill of

-11 F . Long range forecast shows a possible high of 39 F next Saturday.

Here are a few more pics from last year's swap meet.

A few folks do bring things to show but I consider it more of a swap meet. Attendance two years ago was better than last year but there was a chance of freezing rain that kept people at home. It's like I said in my first post Kyle, it is not a big event but a good excuse to get out of the house this time of year.

Thank you I appreciate the info. It’s a little over an hour ride for us to get there
If we decide to come that is why I asked. Thanks again

Don is right, I do have some pics to share. Temperature here on Friday was in the low 60's F. Yesterday it was in the low to mid 20's with a wind chill in the teens. The fire definitely felt good. The turnout was rather good I thought.

And here is truck21 and his wife enjoying time by the fire.
