I got notice it is on the way. Be here 12/21 hopefully. Box is 12X10X10 inches, so it is pretty large.

Well, it didn't show. Just checked Fedex tracking and delivery date is pending. Don't know if/when I'll get it. Think the heavy rain in Memphis messed up delivery.

They keep delaying packages here too. My uncle's gift didn't get in until 2 days after the delivery date.

I am anxious to see how well it cleans.  I used mine to attempt to clean up the Honda rear end housing, but it hardly touched it, plus I could only do one side at a time as my cleaner is small.

I'm anxious to get it. Not sure what will be the first item.

On the solution, what are you using on carbs?

I checked the shipping yesterday and Fedex had handed off to USPS. The package is at the PO here, so should get it today! I'll have to get the distilled water and simple green.

well my son got me one for Christmas.  I saw the 2L one like you showed, and I saw a 6L capacity one, would be good for doing car 4 bbl carbs (yeah I still play with those) and other larger things... my son found a 3L one, it's the size and shape of a small bread loaf pan...

stopped after work today and got some simple green (concentrated, they also had "ready to use")   I mixed it about 3:1

1st test was a 1/2 of a Ziploc baggie-full of change that I got out of a really nasty car that I had to work on a couple of weeks ago..... I'm on about 35 minutes, it was about 90% done at around 20 mins, they look really clean except for a couple of coins.... have taken the basket out a couple of times to shake and tumble the load.... just added a Walbro carb from a 2 cycle Tecumseh snow blower engine, it's a diaphragm type, looks like an oversized chain saw carb.

I hear about overfilling them with solution.... how much over "just covering" do you want the water/ solution?   I thought you'd want the machine pretty full of solution. ....

well alot of the quarters and nickels came out a little zinc or brassy looking but shiney.... put this carb in the same batch of solution that I did the loose change in, the solution had a brown, almost muddy layer on the top when it settled... the carb came out clean but a couple of spots look zinc-ish instead of aluminum-ish.....

I have mine, just haven't done anything with it as yet.

I was looking at the booklet that came with it and they make several sizes larger than what I got. The largest is 27 L in the Digital Model. I'll get some distilled water today if I get out. And some Simple Green.

I have to wonder if there is something wrong with mine, as scorched looking as that load of coins came out, as the temp climbed right on past the temp I set it on even though the "on" light for the temp side went off once it was above the temp taht I had it set at, I would not think it would go above the setpoint anyways.....

default is 50* C (all temp with this thing are in *C, drives me nuts by itself, I set it for 40*C, the display was up to 62*C by the time I thought they were "clean:.. I did pull the basket out and rattle them around, basket never got warm at all but the solution sure was.... alot of the coins look "burnt".... blued on the edges, etc and some of teh silver look is gone from some of the quarters, where that has happened they look more like dirty pennies now....

If I ever upsize, I'd likely get the 10L.
