OK: I am more puzzled, I went out and compared this to the photo. And just studied it and the whole thing makes no sense to me. although the bracket looks well built and possibly factory? the bolt speaks for it'  self...thoughts?

I looked at your first photo you have the right driveshaft and drive handle. I have no idea what that bolted welded stuff is for but that goes in the don't put back on pile

The first Panzer I looked at, I did not make an offer on. The seller reached out to me the other day and made me a great offer on it, the bad news was he has lost the engine pulley with the reverse disc :-(  . I told him without that I did not want it. He came back with an offer I could not refuse. So today I picked it up... This might be an addiction...

pending on your how skilled you are you can fab piece together a pulley, I thought this through in case of plan b, but I did find one that was missing on one of mine. the reverse disc you can still get through hapco parts, they run around 50 bucks.

My skills are possibly not too rusty, I just don't have the tooling. If I buy a 3 step pulley, find a machinist to make the disk holder, I can weld it up. That's my current plan... I do have  two new rubber disks that came with Panzer #1
