I have a poulan pro rider I brought from Home Depot earlier this year and lately the forward/reverse pedal has been sticking. It will stay where you push it and sometimes it is very hard to get it back to the nuetral position. Any chance of stuff being jammed up under the bottom plates of the mower? Any other ideas?

Welcome to GTT. It may be stuff jammimg the pedal linkage. I've seen it before that sticks or dirt can jam most linkage. Look at the trany too. Check the manual for lubrication and adjustments too. Good Luck, Rick

If you got it new that recently it should be warranty check for a buildup of sticks, grass etc if nothing found let them fix since it should be no charge.

Sorry for the super late reply but this is the mower I have. I looked under the seat in the back and there is a lot of grass build up I can try and wash off.

Make sure that the pedal isn`t bent and rubbing on the hole for it in the fender deck, I`ve seen that happen before.
