That looks like a keeper. You going to have any scrap left over for projects.  :D  Do you have to paint it too. :(

A couple short pieces is all that is left. No paint, thankfully! Too cold today and may have to make a trip to Ponca City in the morning!

Just got back from Ponca! Have the shelves in the back of the truck so I can get a fire going in the morning and get the half A-Frames started. Wanted to be done tomorrow, but i'm set back two days now. More pics on these!

I worked on this all day today. Here's a few pics so you can see what I'm doing. First up is how I am setting the upper 'clips' to hold the top from moving.

All welded on.

Here I am getting part of the upright ready to weld.

That's all done.

Next comes the angled parts. Got them all cut on the bottom with the band saw. Tops will be with the angle grinder.

Got the angle part attached.

Tomorrow is doing the other 3 like this, then taking pairs and welding five 8' cross pieces to them to make the half A-Frame.

I got the uprights for the half A-frames together. But on hold as I need to set these up and drill the holes for mounting before I put the cross pieces on. Plus I have a couple questions for the guy, but he's not home today!

I did get set up to put the cross pieces on. This is all squared and leveled to make it easier to weld things together.

Change of plans and I am mighty thankful. He let me bring the truck over to finish everything up. First up was getting the shelve unit installed.

Here's a close up of the 'clips' to hold the tops in place.

Got the other parts installed and several cross pieces welded in. Having a challenge as the square tube is not straight, a bit of a bow in it. Have to work to get the happy medium.

Maybe a little. I need to spend some money on clothes and a few other things for me. Then I can work on small things I need for the 'tractor family'!
