no but only a few ounces I'm sure. This kit is more of a novelty in my opinion. Might look for something different.  Searched for spores of course I come up with Magic Mushrooms spores available from Vancouver BC surprise surprise LOL

check youtube for videos on starting spores from the grocery store. I killed most of a day doing that. It sounds easy. Some sprout quick and stuff like morels and shitake can take a year or two. You can buy what amounts to "mushroom mold" and propagate more from that
