I ran across this shell yesterday and don't know what it is , hydro - seems very HD .

Looks like a Colt or maybe an early Case GT.  If you can get it cheap I'd go for it

Does it have power steering, or is that a "Ross" steering box on the steering wheel shaft?

Looks Colt or Case, but those are not hydro, but fluid drive. Need pump on motor and correct control box. BUT, this one has lines running down side to rear, most case I have seen have hoses and a motor on axle in middle more, so maybe this is earlier in Colt time?  That hose up to front was maybe for the cooler in grill area, that seems right. I really think you would need another tractor to get all the items needed to make this one work again.

A little mix and match going on there looks like a 130 with a colt grille
