Scratching my head on this----Is there supposed to be a grease zerk for the front axle pivot pin? There is a square headed bolt that threads in from the bottom in the area where I assume a grease zerk should be. I've looked at the parts list and do not find a zerk listed for the axle pivot. Also in the operators manual no mention of a grease fitting in this area.

If the pivot is not supposed to be greased, then does the bolt have a purpose?

Thanks

David

My LGTs also have that square headed bolt. I imagine its there to hold the pin in place

I am surprised there is no zerk, but the axle doesnt have excessive slop so I guess its not needed. I can see where the bolt acts as a set screw and would keep the pin from turning ,letting the bushings do their job. Heck, its worked this long,I'm going to leave it as is.  Thanks for the responses!
