This spring in Portland swap was offered a Hefty tractor. Kinda big, but think wrong engine in it and such. Well, on Facebook forum's the fella shows it all painted up and done, looks real nice. I'ld sure like to have one of those in the 4 cylinder size, Model F I guess. I should have picture on here in my posting from swap, not sure can transfer or how, and maybe can save the one off my forum to compare. Was real nice and Yellow, a favorite to me, hee!

Well, don't see pix in spring swap posting. Here's the now pix off collectors forum, hope no one gets mad I stole them.

I'd use it! Looks pretty spiffy with the paint job!

This yellow GT is a Hefty A616. It originally had a B&S 16 HP engine. I can't tell if it still has the original engine in it or not. This is the nicest one I have ever seen. It's big brother is the "F" model with a R800-46 Continental engine that was made by Renault if France. The sheet metal on this tractor is made of 10 gauge steel and when equipped with the optional Cat "1" 3 pt. hitch and rear 540 RPM PTO weighs 1600 lbs. It is heavy!
