Was a warmish day with sun, so this is probably one of the last opportunities to get out and get some stuff cleaned up.  7C or 45F today, but very wet as we has a couple inches dumping yesterday and another couple inches on the way tomorrow.  I have one task left, and that's planting garlic which will happen maybe this week if it dries some.  Would like to get the GT and cub 400 tiller out to prepare garden for garlic, but it may not happen this year.  We'll see,

Did the last bits of shredding with trusty MTD shredder/chipper.  All the bean plants, tomato vines and corn stalk roots that have been drying out for a few weeks are shredded up.  Would like to work it all in, but it soooo wet!

Hauled some top-soil for the yard and laid some seed down after some grub damage.  Nuked them with Sevin in September but the damage is done, had to re-seed.

A couple pics...

Need to finish plowing the garden yet.  Was to wet the other day and been overcast ever since.  Need to get the bay in the garage I use for the main work area re-arranged for the Mrs.'s car.  I put the wagon load of corn in where my truck normally goes and my quad behind it.  Truck goes where her car usually goes and he car goes in my work area.  Her car is smaller so fits a lot better than my truck would.  Leaf blower won't start so can blow any leaves yet, but they are way to damp to blow anyway.  Need some sunshine and wind.  Got the wind bu no sun today.

  • KennyP said thank you
