I have two LGT tractors and only one of them had the deck position control link and I found that the mower scalped the grass when the ground was uneven on the tractor that did not have the link.  So I measured the link up to make another one and I thought I would share just in case someone needs to make one as well.

The threaded rod is 1/2" NF and is 9" long.

This is the threaded part slotted links slide in.

Slotted link arms, slotted with a grinder, no the prettiest but functional.

The locking plate and the bushing that goes under it.

A homemade adjustment knob that can be red loctited on or drilled and split pined to the thread rod.

All done.  The two lower nuts are drilled and split pined to the threaded rod.  There is two 3/16" split pins that hold the slotted arm to the adjuster body.

Looks like that will work good! Thanks for documenting this.
