Ventured down to plow the garden this afternoon.  Seemed dry enough on top so put the plow on and started in.  Plow would not scour.  To wet.  Was real sticky and this soil has a lot of sand in it. Put it back in the shed for another day but not many decent drying days left this year. My just clean it up and put the snow thrower on.

I had a similar experience a month ago, but in wet clay.  The plow scoured ok but after about 10 feet it would roll up a goo ball big enough to stop all forward motion.

 

Frustrating.
