Looks like the small Jacobsen that White and MM or others offered in their colors. That name was used on the White models for awhile longer. Never seen it w/out the other brand names used with it tho.

That's a Canadian White. Very valuable. Here in the United States at a good auction it would sell north of 3k

nice White Town & Country its the smallest model made. Made by Jacobsen 1972/73 range its the canadian version of the oliver lawn and garden tractors
