Yes, we have owned it for 13 years on October 16/17. When we bought it in October 16/04 it was our, my son and I, first garden tractor. He and I payed for it. My son was 14 at the time. It came with the cab, snowblower, 50” deck and tiller. Over the years we made extra attachments for it.
It only does snowblowing at times now, as we have more tractors than we need. So they have takin up the extra work so this LGT 165 Ford has it easy now. But is still on call.
We’ve had a lot of fun and troubles over the years with this tractor, but it still is the grunt of the fleet.
Another tractor of mine was doing snow clearing and blew the engine once, and was in the middle of a snow bank on the side of the road. What do I do, in a panic, I thought. I went right to the garage and got the LGT 165 with a chain. I hooked up to the dead tractor and started to tighten up the chain. The dead tractor was still in the snow bank, I put it in neutral and got back in the LGT 165 and started to pull. In my mind I was not sure if it would pull it out.
No trouble at all. I could not believe it pull the dead tractor out that easy.
Any way, the dead tractor is repaired and runs fine now.
This story is from about 5 years ago.

Thanks for readin and lookin. Happy birthday tractor !!

Thanks for sharing with everyone Noel,  I'm thinking you should treat it to a paint job.  Did you make the rear PTO shaft?

No pryan05, i did not make the pro shaft, it came with the tractor too. Paint job would be nice, but I don’t have the patience to do it, even though I can. I have the knowhow, but no patience.
